Science Activities Review - SAR - is
the opinion and theoretical organ of the Ministry of Science and Technology. The
content of the Review is to deal with the development lines and policies in the
field of Science and Technology, of the Party and State; the management
mechanism and policy in term of Science and Technology, the S&T activities at
home as well as abroad for the purpose of developing the national economy and
advancing national science and technology.
The first issue appeared in public in
June, 1959 under the name NEWS ABOUT SCIENCE
ACTIVITIES
